Catimor is one of Honduras's most celebrated coffee varieties, and one of its most complex. These beans undergo a labor-intensive natural process, where the fruit remains around the seed throughout drying, allowing its sugars to fully penetrate the bean. The result is a remarkably layered cup: dark cherry up front, smooth chocolate through the middle, and a hint of plum for the discerning palate. This bundle delivers four packs of that experience, each sealed with a nitrogen flush that locks out oxygen and preserves every note exactly as it was roasted.
